We offer a variety of home textile products like Welspun Towels, Bath Robes, and Rugs. Our manufacturing process is driven by innovation, cutting-edge technology, and quality results, to cater to our diverse customer needs across the globe.
Welspun’s Bath Towels and Bathrobes are available in solid, yarn-dyed, dobby and jacquard designs across various GSM. We are using Indian cotton and premium Egyptian, Supima, and Turkish cotton along with various other blends. We also have the capability for jacquard and digitally printed beach towels.
Welspun has machine tufting and hand tufting capabilities for rugs. We manufacture cotton, nylon, PET, and polyester filament-based Drylon and Resilon yarn rugs. We are vertically integrated to manufacture our own dope dyed drylon, resilon, and nylon yarns. We are also producing printed nylon and polyester bath mats.
Welspun Flooring is planned to be a fully integrated and independent flooring vertical. The wide range of flooring products, to be manufactured, includes carpet tiles, broadloom carpets and area rugs, and artificial grass. Welspun aims to become a one-stop flooring solutions provider in domestic and international markets.

We are collaborating with suppliers for lead time reduction via an exclusive set-up of Welspun Ancillary Units, and have already established ancillaries for spinning, trims and packaging material. The on-site set-up of ancillary supplier units ensures immediate access to the key intermediate products, while reducing CO2 emissions to maintain the ecological balance at our manufacturing units. The ancillary model is rooted in the overarching objective of achieving synergistic benefits for both parties, Welspun and vendors/ partners.
As the leading towel manufacturer in India, We have strategic warehousing facilities in key markets to ensure seamless distribution to our retailers and retail consumers. All our warehouses are equipped with the best in supply chain management systems. Our systems combined with a sharp, dedicated team of professionals ensure robust distribution on both direct-to-store and pick & pack bases.
In addition to the Indian warehouses, we have strategic facilities in Ohio USA (300,000 sq ft) and Manchester UK (150,000 sq ft) supported by a strong SCM and co-planning team to provide support on inventory and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
Given the immense growth of our online and omni-channel, we have invested in strong in-house capabilities from assortment to analytics. Our warehousing facilities in the USA also support e-commerce businesses for shipments dropping.
At the backend, we are investing in industry 4.0 technologies and capabilities to improve SCM & plant efficiencies. We have a dedicated team of analysts who work closely with onshore replenishment teams to minimize the unpredictability in demand forecasting.
